(a) Registration Process:

Application forms are to be filled in and submitted to the Administrative office with in2working days form. The forms should be obtained from the school office only. No photocopy of the form will be accepted. No exchange of forms is permitted.

Admission to play group, nursery, K.G. & Preparatory will be through observation /Interaction. Observation /Interaction would be held on the same day and both Admission to play group, Nursery, K.G. & Preparatory will be through Observation/Interaction. Date & Timings for Observation/Interaction will be intimated at the time of submission of registration form.

There will be written test for students seeking admission to classed I to IX at Sanctum Academy, at the time of registration, the following documents are to be submitted to the Administrative Office:

1. Duly filled and signed Registration Forms.
2. 2 passport size colour photograph of the child.
3. Recent photograph of the ward should be affixed on the form.
4. Proof of Date of Birth (Issued by Municipal Corporation or any authorized competent authority).
5. Submit the Transport Form (If School Transport needs to be availed).
6. Photocopy of the present school final exam report card of two previous classes and current year's report card for class I to IX.
7. INCOMPLETE REGISTRATION FORMS WILL BE REJECTED.

Neither Affidavit nor Kundli of date of birth is accepted. Change of date of birth will not be entertained.
