Rules
- Strict regularity, implicit obedience, courtesy in speech and conduct, cleanliness of dress and person are expected from every pupil. Pupils must strictly conform to the regulation laid down in this regard.
- The pupils are responsible to the school authorities not only for their conduct in the school but also for their general behavior outside. Any reported objectionable conduct out of the school on the part of pupils make them liable for disciplinary action.
- The wearing of the school uniform is obligatory Violation of this rule is sufficient reason for the expulsion of a student from the school. No student will be allowed in the school premises without the prescribed uniform.
- The school reserve the right to dismiss a student who is irregular in attendance, whose progress in the school or outside is harmful to others students, or whose guardians show little or no interest in the progress of their wards. Grave insubordination, discourtesy or disrespect to teachers, contempt of authority, willful damage to the property or physical violence will result in dismissal from the school. The school will give two warnings prior to the dismissal.
- No books other than school text, newspaper or periodical can be brought to the school without the principal's permission.
- The date of birth of a student once entered shall not be changed.
- In order to acquire a good command over English language which is the medium of instruction for all subjects, children should speak only in English in the school premise.
- All pupils must posses a copy of the school diary which is to be brought on all working days.
- Late-comer and absentees from school will not be admitted to class without the Principal's permission.
- Every student is expected to be in time daily for the assembly with the school diary. Students are liable to be sent hope for being late to the school.
- No leave of absence is granted, excepted on written application from parent. Mere sending of an application is not sufficient; the sanction of leave must be obtained.
- The transfer certificates (T.C.) of a pupil coming from a school outside Rajasthan State must be counter-signed by the education authorities of the district, in which the school is situated.
- Pupil applying for admission are as a rule subjected to an entrance test. In the case of late admission of a pupil, the fe from the beginning of the first term shall be charged, unless otherwise permitted by the principal.
- Every application for T.C. shall be made in writing by the parent or guardian. A transfer certificate (T.C.) will not be issued, until all the dues are cleared.
- T.C. will be issued only 7 days after receipt of an application. Certificate from the school office can be obtained with fee if an application is made to this effect seven days in advance.
- A month's notice in writing is required, before a pupil can be withdrawn. In lieu of such a notice, a full additional month's fee will be charged. No notice is accepted during the school vacation and in case of withdrawal at this time, the fee must be paid up to the end of the term.
- The Principal may punish a student in a manner suited to the offence, e.g., by corporal punishment, or by expulsion from the institution, without assigning any reason.
- The Principal reserves the right to waive aside any of the rules, contained in this prospectus, without assigning any reason.
- The Principal of any rule in the prospectus rests solely and entirely with the governing body of this school. Their interpretation and decision is final.
